How quickly will I get matched?

Tradespeople can see new jobs as soon as they are posted. Most active categories receive interest within hours, but timing depends on your service type and location.

What if I don't like any of the tradespeople who show interest?

You are never obligated to accept anyone. Leave a quote open until you find the right match, or cancel it at any time.

Are tradespeople vetted?

Yes. A tradesperson must be verified before they can show interest in a job. Our team reviews their qualifications (blue tick) or industry experience (orange tick) before approving them. A tick is not a guarantee of work quality, so always check profiles and reviews before you hire.

Can I message before accepting?

Yes. You can message every tradesperson who shows interest in your job before you choose one.
