Is it really free?

Yes. Customers post jobs for free and tradespeople browse them for free. We do not charge per-quote fees, subscriptions, or commissions.

Then how do you make money?

We are starting out with a free-for-everyone model to build the community. Future monetisation will focus on optional premium features (e.g. boosted listings, verified badges) - never per-lead fees.

How quickly will I get matched?

Tradespeople can see new jobs as soon as they are posted. Most active categories receive interest within hours, but timing depends on your service type and location.

What if I don't like any of the tradespeople who show interest?

You are never obligated to accept anyone. Leave a quote open until you find the right match, or cancel it at any time.

Are tradespeople vetted?

Tradespeople build reputation through reviews and profile details. We do not currently pre-vet, so always review profiles, ratings, and past work before accepting. Vetting is on our roadmap.

Can I message before accepting?

Messaging opens after you accept a tradesperson. Before that, you can review their profile, services offered, bio, and rating to make your choice.
